Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead design and delivery of new product development projects for HSBC Global Asset Management in Taiwan.
  • •Manage and develop the existing product range and rationalize products where necessary.
  • •Act as a product subject matter expert to ensure product design meets requirements and future trajectories.
  • •Lead feasibility/due diligence and delivery of new products, sub-funds, mandates, and client propositions/solutions for internal and external clients.
  • •Coordinate product governance and internal control standards, including applying regulations/policies and addressing audit points and regulator-raised product issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Preferred education in finance or related disciplines.
  • •Proven track record in asset management or the financial industry, focusing on product-related work.
  • •Strong technical understanding of financial products and investments, including product delivery environment knowledge.
  • •Experience leading product development projects (feasibility/due diligence) and/or project management experience (plus).
  • •Strong written/verbal communication and Mandarin/English proficiency.
