Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise Micron’s EHS team and business leaders to ensure compliance with EHS laws, regulations, and policies and to drive EHS performance.
  • •Partner with EHS personnel to respond to noncompliance incidents, events, and EHS-related government inquiries and investigations.
  • •Provide counsel for product-based EHS compliance and for EHS legal requirements in support of Micron operations.
  • •Draft and revise EHS-related contracts and support EHS matters in acquisitions and divestitures, including EHS due diligence as needed.
  • •Monitor EHS law and regulatory developments across Asia, assist in litigation/enforcement/regulatory matters, and manage outside counsel and consultants as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years PQE of legal practice in a top-tier law firm or in-house legal environment, preferably in EHS matters.
  • •Strong drafting and communication skills.
  • •Proven track record of high integrity, ethical conduct, and sound judgment.
  • •Experience advising on global manufacturing operations, preferably for a U.S. headquartered company.
  • •Strong English written and verbal skills; Mandarin or other business language skills are a plus.
