Job Summary

Build and own backend components for an AI-powered communications platform that brings calls, texts, and customer data together. You’ll architect and code moderate to complex systems, help drive end-to-end delivery of small to medium projects, and provide technical guidance through reviews and collaboration. Work across event-driven microservices and core messaging/calling capabilities, using Node/TypeScript, AWS, Kubernetes, and RabbitMQ to support a growing customer base.

Key Responsibilities

•Code, architect, and own moderate to complex backend components for a scalable platform.
•Lead small teams or projects when needed, and deliver small/medium projects end-to-end.
•Provide technical guidance through design input and code reviews.
•Build backend capabilities that support AI-powered insights, customer onboarding, and account setup and scaling.
•Improve core messaging and calling features, including customer data management and conversation visibility.

Salary: USD 187,000 - 220,000 annually

•Strong experience with TypeScript, or object-oriented languages such as Java or C# along with JavaScript/Node.
•Strong experience with observability tools, including metrics, structured logging, and distributed tracing.
