Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and maintain the integrated programme schedule for your area of Project Falcon.
  • •Develop and integrate detailed workstream plans across business, technology, data, testing, change, and readiness activities.
  • •Monitor critical and near-critical paths and identify schedule risks, slippage, and dependency conflicts.
  • •Manage key milestones and deliverables, facilitating cross-workstream dependency reviews and tracking programme commitments.
  • •Produce planning insights and schedule reporting for governance forums and stage gates, supporting RAID management and maintaining planning records/baselines/assumptions.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience as a Project Planner, Planning Analyst, Scheduler, or similar role supporting complex programmes.
  • •Expertise in detailed project scheduling, critical path analysis, dependency management, milestone tracking, and baseline control.
  • •Experience performing schedule risk analysis, recovery planning, and scenario modelling.
  • •Hands-on use of recognised planning tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 (or equivalent).
  • •Degree qualified (Project Management, Engineering, Business, Technology or related) or equivalent professional experience, with planning/project management certifications a plus.
