Key Responsibilities

  • •Organize, plan, and coordinate team activities by setting objectives, implementing strategies, monitoring progress, and assessing performance.
  • •Lead and support teams through meetings and individual updates, and coordinate performance reviews and disciplinary proceedings.
  • •Support employee development by defining and approving skills development plans, training/mentoring/project opportunities, and development plans within the team.
  • •Plan, direct, and control activities to meet safety, quality, profitability, and deadline requirements, implementing continuous-improvement changes to processes and tools.
  • •Prepare annual budgets, analyze operating results vs. budget and forecasts, provide monthly financial forecasts, and drive cost reduction initiatives while aligning supply chain planning and customer communication.

Key Requirements

  • •5 years' higher education in industrial or mechanical engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
  • •Steering working groups and setting up subject-specific teams.
  • •Design and produce monitoring and analysis tools (dashboards, graphs, etc.).
  • •Technical industrial culture (knowledge of mechanics and production management).
  • •Advanced knowledge of production management systems (ERP) and related systems (FLM...).
