Job Summary

Provide quality, accurate customer service in a retail banking environment by processing everyday financial transactions. Serve as a first point of contact for clients, helping resolve issues, assisting with service needs, and promoting bank products through referrals. Handle and control cash drawer and vault responsibilities, perform daily balancing and ATM processing, and verify deposits. •Handle a cash drawer and maintain proper control of cash while following audit and security policies and procedures.

•Assist with daily balancing and processing of ATM(s), including verification of deposits in the night and lobby depository.
•Assist with dual control vault responsibilities and maintain control of cash.
•Deliver excellent client experiences, resolve client issues, identify cross-selling opportunities, and promote bank products while meeting compliance requirements.
