Job Summary

Join the operations team as a Prebatching Technician-STP in Chakan, supporting raw material prep, cleaning and setup of mixers and packaging lines, and ensuring adherence to safety, 5S and ISO/IATF guidelines. You will operate with HMI on automated lines, perform batch prep and packaging, and maintain housekeeping on the shop floor. Entry-level to early-career role with rotation shifts in a chemical manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Cleaning & preservation of mixer, Pot & small parts.
•Cleaning of packaging line and preparation of packaging line for packaging of FG in supervision.
•Following all the safety and health procedures laid down as well as disposal norms to protect environment as per the EHS guidelines.
•Ensure effective housekeeping of shop floor and equipment’s following 5S standards.
•Preparation of packaging line for packaging of FG.

Key Requirements

•Graduate/Diploma/B.Sc/MSc in any stream.
•3-5 years in experience in Chemical manufacturing plant.
•Experience of handling powders & liquid solvents.
•Knowledge of HMI for operating Automated lines.
•Must be willing to work in rotational shifts.
