•Review higher and high-risk client relationships to ensure accurate and complete customer due diligence and enhanced due diligence requirements.
•Perform ongoing customer monitoring, including counterparty compliance calls, assessing transactional activity, and sampling/testing customer files.
•Update internal records to enrich customer KYC files and ensure customer nature of business aligns with business models and profiles.
•Escalate and draft executive-level risk acceptance memos for customers with red flags and higher-risk attributes, summarizing findings and next steps.
•Partner with internal stakeholders and team leads to monitor client relationships, share knowledge, and detect/report suspicious activity; use AI tools to improve review efficiency and quality.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 97,500 - 127,500

Key Requirements

•4+ years of relevant experience conducting AML and KYC reviews for corporates.
•2+ years in crypto, preferably with ongoing monitoring of higher and high-risk customers.
•Deep understanding of blockchain technology and a passion for digital currency and blockchain-based services.
•Detail-oriented, highly analytical, and comfortable digging into data; strong communication and stakeholder interfacing skills.
•CAMS, CFCS or CFE certification is a plus; experience working across time zones in a fully remote environment.
