Showroom Customer Service Representative

Serve customers on the showroom floor by delivering exceptional service and helping them get what they need quickly. Support the showroom sales team with administrative tasks, timely quotations, accurate order processing, customer contract updates, and coordination of deliveries with the warehouse. Answer sales calls for general information while continuously building product knowledge and partnering with outside sales associates to ensure customer needs are met.
