Own regional risk strategy for TikTok Shop by building, improving, and monitoring processes that detect and prevent fraud across transactions, KYC, onboarding, and seller-creator affiliation. •Own regional risk strategy by setting risk thresholds, calibrating rules, and launching defense strategies that balance platform security with business growth.
•Lead investigations and incident management for suspicious behavior, fraudulent transactions, and abuse until resolution.
•Optimize regional AI workflows, define AI opportunities, and build AI agents to automate investigative tasks and improve risk detection.
•Monitor model performance by reviewing accuracy and data drift signals, fine-tune LLM prompts, and perform root cause analysis when performance degrades.
•Monitor emerging threats and vulnerabilities, collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate fraud, and produce regular fraud reports for leadership.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of experience in operations, investigations, or risk strategy related to fraud, abuse, or cybercrime.

•Strong data extraction and analytics skills with proficiency in SQL.
•Ability to interpret machine learning model performance metrics (e.g., precision, recall, and data drift) and translate them into operational adjustments.
•Ability to understand opposing points of view and gather information from diverse online sources and community groups.
