Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain cyber security policies, standards, and control frameworks aligned to CRH Group requirements.
  • •Drive consistent adoption of security standards across central technology services and operating companies (OpCos).
  • •Provide risk-based guidance across centrally delivered services and OpCo environments (IAM, network, endpoint, vulnerability management).
  • •Perform and support cyber risk assessments, maintaining risk registers and tracking remediation.
  • •Coordinate compliance and assurance activities between UnITy service teams, OpCos, and auditors, and support CRH International cyber programme alignment.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years’ experience in information/IT security.
  • •Strong understanding of cyber security frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and CIS.
  • •Experience with risk management, control design, and audit support.
  • •Ability to translate technical risks into business impact and manage stakeholders across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • •Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar GRC tooling, plus security certifications (e.g., CISM, CRISC, ISO 27001).
