Serve on an Agile delivery team supporting Varicent ICM incentive compensation calculations across multiple plans. Modernize and optimize reporting by converting legacy reports to Presenter Adaptive, validate changes through testing, and ensure downstream impacts are addressed. Provide functional guidance on system design and enhancements using capabilities like AI, workflows, and virtual agents. Log and resolve Jira tickets and share learnings with the HR Product team.

•Support modernization of reporting by converting legacy reports to Presenter Adaptive for end users.
•Recommend and implement system functionality optimization, design, and enhancements to align with Varicent technology capabilities.
•Perform testing and analysis to validate solutions meet requirements and to consider downstream impacts.
•Log, maintain, and resolve Jira tickets in the HR Product support application, communicating with business teams as needed.
•Analyze and share learnings from peer groups and Varicent Community to build product knowledge and help the team.

Key Requirements

•Ability to gather requirements by facilitating working sessions and translating ambiguous business needs into clear functional specs.
