Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and target potential customers across industries needing HVAC and process cooling equipment solutions, developing sales strategies to convert leads into opportunities.
  • •Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by updating the CRM with accurate, up-to-date customer and opportunity information.
  • •Provide technical expertise—supporting equipment selection, conducting site visits and assessments, and tailoring solutions with engineering and project management teams.
  • •Manage customer relationships as a trusted advisor, ensuring timely solutions and providing after-sales support including troubleshooting and maintenance advice.
  • •Prepare sales reports (forecasts, pipeline updates, performance metrics), analyze market trends and competitor activity, and share recommendations to achieve business objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •Qualification or applied experience in engineering (advantage).
  • •Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management, preferably in HVAC or refrigeration.
