Job Summary

Own client outcomes by advising brands on product adoption, strategy, and performance optimizations across full-funnel solutions. Partner with internal stakeholders to keep clients ahead of market and competitor changes, build Test & Learn plans using measurement solutions, and drive adoption of Pixels and MMPs. Manage campaign setup checks, monitoring, reporting, and post-campaign account audits, while tracking revenue impact and sharing actionable learnings with the wider Client Solutions team. Requires English and Mandarin fluency.

Key Responsibilities

•Advise clients and internal stakeholders on solutions, including product adoption, strategy, and optimizations tied to marketing and business goals.
•Keep up to date on product developments, market landscape, vertical movements, and competitor activities to recommend next steps.
•Build Test & Learn plans using measurement solutions across full-funnel solutions and drive adoption of Pixels and MMPs where applicable.
•Manage campaign setup checks, performance monitoring, optimization suggestions, and post-campaign reporting/account audits.
•Build trusted relationships, participate in account & opportunity planning, track revenue attainment and impact, and share client/market learnings through case studies or other sharing.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in account management/client services roles in digital marketing.
•Good understanding of the digital media and marketing landscape with specialized vertical knowledge in Gaming, Tech & Telco.
•Knowledgeable and experienced in performance marketing specialized in Apps and/or Web.
•Solid understanding of media metrics and implications, with corresponding studies.
•High proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin for communication across Southeast Asia, including China.
