Key Responsibilities

  • •Triaging and resolving Workday and HR technology issues, including troubleshooting, testing, and documentation, while supporting HR teams and employees during outages and enhancement requests.
  • •Performing day-to-day Workday configuration, security administration, business process maintenance, and system updates.
  • •Partnering with HR stakeholders and end users to translate requirements into technology solutions, identify process improvements, and reduce manual workarounds.
  • •Supporting Workday releases, upgrades, implementations, module launches, and integration activities by assessing impacts, coordinating testing, ensuring quality, and communicating enhancements.
  • •Maintaining accurate documentation for configuration, security, support processes, business processes, training materials, and assisting with project planning and implementation activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field, or 1 to 3+ years of equivalent HRIS/HR technology support experience.
  • •Hands-on Workday experience focused on Human Capital Management configuration, business process design, and system maintenance; Workday certification or equivalent proficiency strongly preferred.
  • •Experience supporting HR systems testing, including user acceptance testing, and familiarity with at least one Workday functional domain (e.g., Recruiting, Talent Management, Performance, Learning, Benefits, or Compensation).
  • •Experience with case management/ticketing platforms such as Workday Help, ServiceNow, or equivalent, and exposure to agile/sprint-based workflows.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) including data manipulation/extraction while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data security standards.
