Job Summary

Shape business data architecture and ensure critical business information is defined, governed, and trusted end to end. You’ll strengthen data governance, regulatory reporting capabilities, and data quality management across Finance, Risk, Compliance, KYC, Product Development, and Technology, acting as a bridge between data owners, data stewards, and business stakeholders. Own governance standards, metadata and lineage capabilities, and decision frameworks for assessing data change impact.

Key Responsibilities

•Establish and maintain business information management standards supporting enterprise data governance.
•Define and evolve business information architecture to ensure consistent representation of critical business information across the organization.
•Ensure ownership, traceability, and observability of critical business information and data assets.
•Define and maintain frameworks to assess the impact of data changes for governance decisions, reporting, and data quality management.
•Own data governance platforms and capabilities (metadata management, data lineage, data quality, and governance processes).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 3,500 - 5,200 monthly

Key Requirements

•Strong understanding of business information modelling, metadata management, and data lineage concepts.
•Experience driving organizational alignment and adoption of data governance practices across business domains.
•Experience managing and developing data governance platforms.
•Knowledge of regulatory data management principles, including BCBS239 and risk data aggregation/reporting requirements, is considered an advantage.
•Excellent communication skills to explain data concepts to both business and technology audiences.
