Job Summary

Own the enterprise “source of truth” for aircraft fleet configuration and lead cross-functional execution of configuration changes. Consolidate fragmented configuration data into a single authoritative record, plan and track quarterly rollout updates to reach 100% fleet compliance, coordinate installation windows with sustainment and customers, and maintain audit-quality configuration change records. Serve as the primary Fleet Strategy interface to Engineering for new configurations and ECPs.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain the authoritative catalog of approved aircraft configurations across the enterprise, including variants, build standards, payload combinations, and software baselines.
•Reconcile fragmented configuration data from multiple departments into a single corrected master state.
•Receive quarterly configuration release packages and plan rollout sequences to determine which aircraft get updated, when, and by whom.
•Coordinate installation windows with sustainment, AVOs, field operations, and customers, and track update status to 100% fleet compliance.
•Maintain audit-quality records of every configuration change and ensure compliance with contractual configuration requirements per customer and program.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aviation Management, Operations Research, or a related field.
•7+ years of experience in aerospace configuration management, program management, or fleet operations.

•Ability to coordinate cross-functional rollout plans across multiple internal organizations.
•Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills across Engineering, Operations, and customer-facing organizations.
