Define product strategy and deliver a high-impact roadmap for an AI assistant that reinvents the sales workflow. •Reinvent the sales workflow by moving reps from siloed AI tools to proactive, right-time actions.
•Build and sequence the sales AI roadmap, prioritizing the highest-impact automation over “nice to have” features.
•Get hands-on with prompt and connector work and evaluate outputs to understand what’s happening and unblock progress.
•Empower faster, better offers by combining offer knowledge, content, and market signals for improved relevance and arguments.
•Partner with adjacent AI agent teams to keep the overall experience coherent and drive outcomes like reduced low-value work and higher win rate.

Key Requirements

•At least 5 years in a product management role (or equivalent product ownership) in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment, ideally with AI or agentic products.
•Build or deeply understand AI products, including how LLM-based systems and agents behave in production and their failure modes.
•Hands-on mindset: comfortable working close to the product engine room (connectors, prompts, skills, evaluation) to unblock progress.
•Appetite for the sales and insurance business, including sitting with reps to learn how offers, guarantees, and terms are expressed and turning that into product vision.
•Fluent in French and English, with strong written communication and the ability to bridge technical and non-technical worlds.
