Senior Manager, Global Fraud Strategy

Lead Ticketmaster’s Global Fraud Strategy team within Ticketmaster US, developing and executing fraud prevention strategies across global eCommerce platforms. You’ll mentor Fraud Analysts, optimize fraud detection tools and decision engines, and translate large datasets into actionable insights. Partner with product, engineering, and external stakeholders to reduce chargebacks while maintaining a seamless customer experience, and deliver executive-level reporting and strategic planning updates.
