Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain safety culture and participate in SHE activities.
  • •Ensure housekeeping and 5S/Safety standards, and ensure team members follow SOP and SMP for operational and maintenance activities.
  • •Perform daily maintenance, scheduled maintenance, breakdown and corrective maintenance; maintain machine availability, MTTR, and MTBF.
  • •Conduct daily/shift reporting, handover/takeover, and support team leaders in day-to-day activities.
  • •Participate in RCA and FIP analyses, initiate Kaizen and AO activities, and implement predictive maintenance strategies; deliver training to maintenance/operation teams.

Key Requirements

  • •BE/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical with 3-5 years of experience, including exposure to underground mines drills/TME.
  • •Strong knowledge and practical experience with SHE standards and guidelines.
  • •Technical competence with HEMM underground machinery and troubleshooting skills on hydraulic and electrical systems for underground drilling equipment.
  • •Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, plus strong presentation skills.
  • •Experience with failure analysis (FMEA & RCA) and reliability metrics such as MTBF and MTTR, including failure-rate analysis.
