GP Participant

Participate in structured on-the-job training across multiple departments, supporting projects, operations, and daily activities while conducting research, data analysis, and reporting to support decision-making. Collaborate with senior staff and cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company policies. Learn through mentorship and training, contribute ideas to improve processes, and be comfortable working at a remote mining site and traveling across FQM sites as needed.
