Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide prompt, friendly, and professional service to clients and handle difficult situations with composure.
  • •Ensure accurate point-of-sale processing including receipts, CRM links, correct coding, payments, and customer verification.
  • •Organise and maintain the till area (clean, tidy, stocked) and handle merchandise with care.
  • •Perform till opening/closing activities including banking, reconciliation, end-of-day cashing up, and cash preparation for deposit.
  • •Ensure accurate Cegid reporting, manage documentation, and train new staff on till operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience working in a luxury retail environment.
  • •Proven experience in a client experience role delivering exceptional service.
  • •Good IT skills and ability to quickly learn new applications (e.g., EPOS systems).
  • •Organised, flexible, and reliable with excellent communication skills.
  • •Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure and as a team player.
