Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate desired business outcomes into learning and organization development objectives in collaboration with management and subject matter experts.
  • •Develop project plans, design, facilitate, and deliver functional training and organization development programs.
  • •Coordinate and deliver the i2i mandatory curriculum within the assigned geographic location and continuously evaluate program effectiveness.
  • •Design, develop, and maintain a fund accounting training curriculum aligned with global curriculums, including new hire and systems rollout training.
  • •Serve as a subject matter expert in program design, handle analysis, represent the department in meetings, and provide ongoing support.

Key Requirements

  • •3 to 5 years of experience in a Fund Accounting operations function, with a strong understanding of fund structures and concepts.
  • •Alternatively, 3 to 5 years of training consulting experience focused on instructional design and curriculum delivery.
  • •Experience using ADDIE instructional design methodology.
  • •Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to work with all levels of staff.
  • •Self-starter with strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
