Key Responsibilities

  • •Assemble, wire, and modify components for medium- and high-voltage indoor and outdoor assemblies, including breaker and auxiliary compartments and associated subassemblies.
  • •Work from manufacturing information, electrical and mechanical drawings/sketches, and written or verbal instructions from supervisors or team leads.
  • •Complete ISO checklists, quality checklists, customer checklists, feedback forms, and production lists as required.
  • •Mount and install electrical equipment and perform wiring operations; report material shortages to Kanban inventory operators.
  • •Inspect assemblies for secure hardware, completeness, and cleanliness standards; respond to change notices and customer requested adjustments; support engineering activities and train/coach colleagues.

Key Requirements

  • •Have a high school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • •Skilled in the safe and efficient use of hand tools and pneumatic (air) tools.
  • •Only candidates within a 50 mile radius of Greenwood, SC will be considered (Active Duty Military exempt).
  • •1 year of manufacturing experience in an industrial manufacturing environment, or South Carolina Manufacturing Certification (SCMC) or equivalent.
  • •Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as business needs require.
