Job Summary

Manage financial and management reporting for the site, including variance analysis, timely submission of financial statements, and support of periodic management reports. Partner with internal stakeholders to provide financial solutions and decision support. Drive management controls and SOX testing, coordinate with external auditors for statutory reporting, and work with tax agents for corporate tax and GST filings. Ensure compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and the Companies Act while supporting budgeting and special projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare financial/management reporting, variance analysis, and timely submission of financial statements and periodic management reports.
•Partner with internal departments to provide financial solutions and support informed decision-making.
•Coordinate with intercompany teams to ensure timely receipt/payments and resolve disputes.
•Lead/participate in management controls and audit activities, including SOX testing and support for internal and external audits.
•Ensure compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and Companies Act; lead liaison with external auditors and support tax filings (corporate tax, GST).

Key Requirements

•Bachelor of Accountancy / ACCA (or equivalent).
•CPA is an added advantage.
•Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment.
•Good working knowledge of MS Office and GAAP & IFRS requirements.
•Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
