Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and shape the product strategy and roadmap for the Fusion Machine Digital Twin solution across CAM simulation, post processing, libraries, and the vendor ecosystem.
  • •Drive machine simulation and verification including multi-axis/turn-mill kinematics, fixture/tool-block modeling, real-geometry rendering, and verification beyond visual.
  • •Shape post processing coverage, controller coverage, and AI-assisted post setup and modification.
  • •Lead manufacturing libraries and assets—strategy, content quality, and lifecycle for tools/holders/posts/machines/fixtures/materials.
  • •Partner with the Autodesk partnership team to expand vendor relationships and lead partner add-in integration into the Autodesk App Store; coordinate validation with Autodesk Technology Centers.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Deep technical credibility in CAM machine simulation, post processors, machine kinematics, or manufacturing content libraries as a PM, developer/specialist, or tooling/library leader.
  • •Working knowledge of CAM workflows on real machines, with turn-mill or mill-turn experience strongly preferred.
  • •Comfort working within the machine-builder ecosystem and major tool/fixture vendor landscape.
  • •People or matrixed-team leadership experience—setting quality bars, prioritizing content investment, and growing people.
  • •Excellent verbal and written English and a track record of customer- and partner-facing collaboration with distributed teams.
