Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the roadmap for Hopper’s customer-facing conversational agent across chat and voice, including intent coverage, conversation design, and partner-embedded interfaces.
  • •Work with enterprise partners on discovery, requirement shaping, and launch decisions, translating partner asks into product choices serving many partners.
  • •Partner with Partner Solutions on implementation and onboarding, ensuring successful deployment of the agent experience.
  • •Drive design daily in Figma by producing flows and wireframes and collaborating on high-fidelity and production assets.
  • •Define and defend quality bars (resolution rate, containment, escalation correctness, and conversation quality) and specify agent behavior with guardrails and edge cases, iterating from production conversation data.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of product management experience with principal or lead-level ownership of a customer-facing product, with conversational AI and/or customer experience automation preferred.
  • •Design fluency and hands-on ability to manipulate design files, producing flows and basic mocks solo in Figma as a de facto design lead.
  • •Ability to write enough code to create working prototypes using AI coding tools without waiting for an engineer.
  • •Hands-on front-end experience building or shipping web front ends, and credibility working directly with engineers.
  • •Partner-facing experience with enterprise clients and a data-driven approach grounded in service and automation metrics (resolution, containment, CSAT, and escalation quality).
