Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end technical delivery for assigned implementations, including task planning, estimates, dependencies, deliverables, solution design, code build schedules, and implementation documentation.
  • •Oversee product configuration, custom development, mobile implementation, UI/UX configuration, integrations, environment readiness, performance testing, security testing, architecture reviews, and code review standards.
  • •Manage, coach, and develop developers and technical leads, balancing workload, validating staffing and capacity, supporting onboarding and training, and driving accountability and continuous improvement.
  • •Act as a client-facing technical leader working with clients, Business Analysts, Project Managers, product and internal stakeholders, and third-party vendors to define requirements, guide solutions, resolve integration issues, and support defect triage.
  • •Oversee go-live and production readiness activities including playbooks, pilot and validation plans, code promotions, approval checkpoints, cutover readiness, operational readiness, post-install verification, and continuous automation and quality improvements.

Salary: USD 109,000 - 152,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of relevant software engineering, implementation, or technical delivery experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 12+ years with a Master’s degree or above.
  • •Expert proficiency across 10+ core technologies and practices including ASP.NET, C#, XML, JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, jQuery, XSLT, .NET Core, SQL Server, APIs, microservices, CI/CD, and Azure.
  • •Experience in 2+ banking domain areas such as retail banking, business banking, fintech solutions, or digital banking delivery models.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or 1+ Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • •Advanced technical leadership experience across implementation delivery, architecture reviews, and code standards.
