  • •Perform scheduled and unscheduled chiller preventive maintenance, inspections, and service requests, including replacement and modifications as needed.
  • •Conduct testing such as onsite test stand testing, point-to-point testing, startup, commissioning, and servicing of assigned chillers or HVAC equipment.
  • •Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand requirements for on-site installation and repairs, including forecasting issues and synchronizing work.
  • •Enforce safety standards, maintain security/accountability of company assets, and mentor team members.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • •Typically requires at least 10+ years of HVAC experience; technical school or formal training is preferred.
  • •EPA Universal Certification is required.
  • •Must have a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent violations (including DUI, hit & run, license suspension, reckless/careless driving) in the past 3 years.
  • •Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency with handheld computer devices (e.g., smartphone, iPad).
