Key Responsibilities

•Lead strategic projects to drive credit and debit card portfolio growth across acquisition, activation, usage, retention, and loyalty.
•Define and execute customer portfolio strategies to increase spend, transaction frequency, cardholder engagement, and share of wallet.
•Partner with account executives, advisory, and product teams to shape and commercialise growth opportunities and translate Visa capabilities into client outcomes.
•Lead portfolio optimisation program execution from mobilisation through benefits realisation, including governance, performance reporting, and executive dashboards.
•Build and coach high-performing, diverse teams and develop capability across payments, loyalty, customer growth, and portfolio management disciplines.

Key Requirements

•15+ years of experience in cards, payments, banking, communications, loyalty, growth strategy or portfolio management.
•Strong understanding of card economics, card portfolio management, customer lifecycle strategy, and loyalty programs.
•Proven experience delivering measurable growth in customer engagement, transaction volumes, spend, or profitability.
•Experience working with credit card and debit card portfolios.
•Bachelor degree in business, commerce, marketing or a related discipline; postgraduate qualifications are highly desirable.
