Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of major events from contract signature to final closing.
  • •Act as the central point of contact between event organizers and internal teams.
  • •Coordinate departmental tasks to ensure requirements are delivered on time and with the right documentation.
  • •Work with product/engineering to consolidate product/usability needs and prioritize them with the product team.
  • •Create and maintain exhaustive Q&A to address user incidences handled by the user support team; be on-site for important dates as needed.

  • •4+ years in a project management role or consulting background.
