Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
  • •Manage and coordinate construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to execute projects effectively.
  • •Oversee project budgets and monitor expenses to maintain financial control within allocated budgets.
  • •Create and maintain project schedules, track progress, and manage delays or changes to ensure timely completion.
  • •Ensure quality compliance with specifications, codes, and regulations; identify risks and implement mitigation strategies; enforce safety regulations and oversee HSE initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years working experience, including 5 years in a relevant supervisory position and 2 years GCC experience (plus).
  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or any related field.
  • •Knowledge of professional client management, contracts administration, and financial/job cost accounting.
  • •Technically proficient in design and building-related systems and leading building management tools.
  • •Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, Primavera, and ERP knowledge with preference for SAP functional skills.
