Job Summary

Define and lead the design vision, strategy, and operational excellence for the Falcon platform, serving as the executive voice of design across product design, design systems, research, and design operations. Partner with CPO and VP Engineering to shape roadmap and platform direction, drive an AI transformation strategy for design, and build executive measurement frameworks that connect design decisions to user outcomes and business impact while scaling a multi-disciplinary organization.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and articulate the overarching product design vision and strategy for the Falcon platform as the executive voice of design.
•Partner with CPO, VP Engineering, and GTM leadership to influence roadmap, product strategy, and platform direction.
•Lead AI transformation strategy for design, including AI tools adoption, governance, scaling, and design systems governance implementation.
•Establish research, analytics, and design intelligence frameworks and executive-level measurement dashboards to communicate design value.
•Build, scale, and lead the design organization through hiring, talent development, career frameworks, and operational excellence across design tooling and resources.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 250,000 - 350,000 annually

Key Requirements

•15+ years of product design experience, including 8+ years in executive or senior design leadership leading managers of managers and large distributed design organizations.
•Proven experience using AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and drive business outcomes.
•Set and execute a measurable design vision with deep expertise across UX, visual design, design systems, research, and design operations.
•Executive presence and exceptional communication skills to influence at the C-suite level and align cross-functional stakeholders.
•Strong data-informed decision-making with experience building measurement frameworks connecting design to business impact, and leading AI adoption and transformation within a design organization.
