Job Summary

Lead and coordinate road safety audits and collision studies in London, guiding Vision Zero and transport/urban design projects. Manage audits as Team Leader, analyze collision data, prepare proposals, and deliver reports and schedules. Work with clients and internal teams in a hybrid London-based role within WSP's Liveable Places team (~200 staff).

Key Responsibilities

•Undertaking Road Safety Audits (RSAs) as Team Leader
•Managing Vision Zero/Road Safety projects including analysing collision data and delivering strategies
•Work winning: producing proposals for RSAs, Road Safety / Vision Zero and other Transport/Urban Planning projects
•Preparing and reviewing reports, drawings, schedules and other documents
•Managing project finances, programmes and deliverables

Key Requirements

•Qualified Road Safety Auditor status, in accordance with DMRB GG 119 – with experience leading teams
•Expert knowledge of Road Safety, how to mitigate issues, and analyse collision data
•Experience with Vision Zero and the Safe System approach
•Project Management experience
•Experience of mentoring and/or line management
