Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the ERM and GRR Performance & Delivery team to deliver initiatives on time and to agreed quality standards, enabling effective day-to-day operations.
  • •Strengthen ERM and GRR infrastructure and processes to improve effectiveness and efficiency while maintaining consistent, high-quality BAU service delivery.
  • •Support delivery of enhancements to the ERM & GRR Service Catalogue and refinement of minimum standards in line with evolving Technical User Guides (TUGs).
  • •Maintain and support ERM and GRR annual planning activity, producing executive summaries articulating priorities and delivery focus.
  • •Provide governance and communications support, including paper collation, minute taking, action tracking, and oversight of audit actions, MSIIs, and regulatory findings through country level.
