Lead and manage a large, complex Financial Lines and Cyber claims portfolio from Hong Kong, delivering a customer-centric claims service in line with Zurich’s purpose, values and strategy. Drive collaboration with regional teams, external partners, and brokers while monitoring portfolio performance and reserving to ensure timely, accurate claims outcomes.

•Proactively and promptly handle Financial Lines and Cyber claims.
•Handle claims within the Zurich Multi-National program.
•Collaborate with external legal panel and supply partners.
•Collaborate with the Regional and Group Claims teams.
•Monitor portfolio performance and ensure proper and timely reserving.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor degree or above.
•5 years or above experience in the Financial Lines field.
•Strong legal knowledge with relevant qualifications.
•Extensive experience with all major aspects of the claims adjustment process.
•Experience of managing broker relationships and proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin).
