Key Responsibilities

  • •Proactively and promptly handle Financial Lines and Cyber claims.
  • •Handle claims within the Zurich Multi-National program.
  • •Collaborate with external legal panel and supply partners.
  • •Collaborate with the Regional and Group Claims teams.
  • •Monitor portfolio performance and ensure proper and timely reserving.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor degree or above.
  • •5 years or above experience in the Financial Lines field.
  • •Strong legal knowledge with relevant qualifications.
  • •Extensive experience with all major aspects of the claims adjustment process.
  • •Experience of managing broker relationships and proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin).
