Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and build internal tools and automation to power IT, Security, and operational workflows across the company
  • •Automate core business processes, including onboarding, offboarding, access reviews, procurement, and internal service workflows
  • •Eliminate manual work and reduce operational overhead by replacing repetitive processes with scalable systems
  • •Identify opportunities to consolidate or replace third-party SaaS tools with internal solutions, reducing cost and complexity
  • •Own identity lifecycle systems, including provisioning, RBAC, and integrations across tools like Okta, Rippling, and other critical systems

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in IT Engineering, Systems Engineering, Internal Tools, or similar roles in a fast-growing technology company
  • •Proven track record of building internal tools and automation systems that eliminate manual operational work and scale business processes
  • •Strong experience designing and implementing automation using programming languages such as Python or JavaScript, including API integrations and workflow orchestration
  • •Deep systems thinking with an automation-first mindset; ability to replace manual processes with scalable solutions
  • •Hands-on experience with identity and access management systems including Okta, SSO, SCIM, and RBAC, and designing reliable lifecycle workflows
