Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and sign off designs developed within the team and across TI.
  • •Act as an analog chip/sub-section/IP architect and designer with ownership from definition to release and manufacturing.
  • •Direct and participate in research and technical design functions for electronic parts/components and integrated circuits.
  • •Provide design guidance to team members and work with physical designers to monitor IC layout progress.
  • •Collaborate with design verification, validation, product engineering, and test engineering to ensure completion of technical tasks and successful transfer to production.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • •12 years of relevant experience.
  • •Ability to work with internal cross-functional teams and interface appropriately with external customers, with strong project/time management and communication skills.
  • •Team-oriented approach to resolve issues and generate business success with systems, test, sales, marketing, and customers.
  • •Expertise in IC system partitioning and architectural tradeoff analysis, including transistor-level implementation and architectural expertise for analog designs.
