Key Responsibilities

  • •Use AS400 to record lane and Simulcast bid amounts, enter customer data, process sold units, and verify/enter lights.
  • •Work with the auctioneer virtually to verify system information and ensure accurate representation of vehicle details.
  • •Verify vehicle run order and assist with monitor operations and Simulcast bid review.
  • •Provide arbitration and other vehicle announcements; call and email on late titles.
  • •Use Salesforce for title-absent support and respond to customer requests via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems.
