  • •Direct annual and multi-year strategic planning for Premier and Branch Banking, translating enterprise priorities into an integrated agenda with outcomes and performance measures.
  • •Govern business cases and investment decisions, ensuring recommendations include rationale, returns, client and teammate impacts, risks, capacity, and implementation requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • •10 years of progressively responsible experience in business management, strategy, executive advisory, corporate planning, consulting, finance, or financial services with significant senior-executive exposure.
  • •Demonstrated ownership of C-suite, Board, and enterprise executive presentations, business reviews, and decision materials involving business, financial, risk, and reputational considerations.
