Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with PUMA’s Brand Values and service standards
  • •Ensure the Store consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability goals through short- and long-term planning, expense control, and customer service
  • •Manage payroll to maintain a highly profitable location while delivering top service
  • •Communicate merchandise opportunities to Store and Assistant Store Manager
  • •Handle and process incoming and outgoing merchandise
