Job Summary

Lead customer marketing support by translating Process Technology campaign requests into clear, prioritized, and executable work across Marketing Shared Services and third-party resources. Partner with SBG customer marketing to shape campaign strategy, define briefs, align timelines and expectations, and oversee delivery on-time and on-budget. Establish governance using Honeywell marketing frameworks and SLAs, drive continuous improvement, and ensure successful execution aligned to global design models.

•Serve as the primary point of contact between SBG customer marketing and Marketing Shared Services, aligning priorities with capabilities and capacity.
•Provide strategic marketing counsel on campaign structure, channel mix, execution approach, and project prioritization.
•Translate marketing needs into clear campaign briefs and scoped requests, guiding prioritization in alignment with MSS capacity and SLAs.
•Own delivery accountability with MSS Project Management to deliver on-time and on-budget work, managing risks and dependencies.
•Enforce marketing governance (GDMs, SLAs, briefing processes) and lead continuous improvement and adoption of evolving MSS processes/tools.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 169,000 - 211,000 annually

•Experience using Workfront and Microsoft Office tools.
•Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
