Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead projects and workstreams across design, procurement, construction, furniture installation, workplace transition, and close-out, coordinating with client IT/technology teams.
  • •Support delivery of retail, commercial, and corporate office fit-out projects including tenant improvements, workplace modernization, office relocations, and renovations.
  • •Establish project budgets, schedules, and delivery strategies, and drive deliverables through project meetings, minutes, action items, and status updates.
  • •Ensure compliance with client governance requirements, document controls, file management standards, and reporting processes.
  • •Manage procurement and contracts (tendering through appointment), change orders, site visits/inspection reports, and project close-out documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 6 years of experience as a Project Manager managing or supervising construction and fit-out projects.
  • •Experience delivering retail, commercial, and/or corporate office fit-out projects.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
  • •PMP certification is highly desirable.
  • •Strong understanding of construction drawings/specifications, contracts, procurement, and project controls, with ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
