Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive a more distinctive cohesive brand by establishing technical brand standards, visual principles, and digital design systems across direct-to-audience platforms.
  • •Build platform-native video formats and motion visual frameworks, translating organizational values and editorial priorities into standardized motion and video assets.
  • •Define technical visual frameworks and motion standards for seamless integration across NPR’s owned digital ecosystem, partnering across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Editorial to unify UI/UX and motion experience.
  • •Establish production standards, guidelines, motion graphic template and editing signatures for short-form and social video, and manage studio hardware, gear, and editing suites.
  • •Supervise a dedicated technical video and motion production squad, scale high-volume publishing via SLAs and QA protocols, and enforce accessibility compliance across deliverables.
