Job Summary

Lead daily store operations and represent Levi Strauss & Co. brand values from the front. Own store profit & loss targets by identifying opportunities to maximize sell-out, controlling costs, and managing stock, payroll, admin, and rosters. Drive performance through KPI monitoring and report updates to the District Manager. Mentor and develop the store team, support training/product knowledge, and recruit and induct high-caliber denim-focused talent.
