Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain direct, regular, and respectful communication with community leaders and key stakeholders in the area of influence.
  • •Collect field information on organizations, beneficiaries, projects, and community concerns.
  • •Record and promptly route complaints, requests, and perceived social risks; detect and escalate early alerts about social conflicts, tensions, or deviations.
  • •Support the execution and monitoring of social projects promoted by the company, verifying progress, deliverables, and local perceptions.
  • •Participate in community meetings and workshops, take notes/minutes when required, and prepare periodic reports; update community databases and social maps/monitoring tools.

Key Requirements

  • •University studies in Social Sciences, Community Development, Social Work, Communication, Administration, Engineering or related fields (equivalent field experience may substitute for an incomplete degree).
  • •Minimum 2 years of experience in community work, social development, or participatory-focused programs.
  • •Experience providing support/attention to rural or indigenous communities (desirable).
  • •Knowledge of basic community monitoring tools, complaint management, and conflict resolution.
  • •Ability to work in the field autonomously and responsibly; valid driver’s license (desirable).
