Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute hands-on production code for conversational and messaging channels including WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Facebook, Push, and Email.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of relevant engineering experience with 5+ years hands-on building scalable enterprise-grade systems.
  • •5+ years as a Java or Python developer, including database management (e.g., MySQL, Cassandra).
  • •Hands-on experience building or integrating conversational/messaging solutions across channels (e.g., WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Push, Email).
  • •Practical experience with bidirectional messaging, templates, webhook flows, provider integrations, and high-volume message delivery.
  • •Experience with message queuing/brokers and related infrastructure (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka, SQS) plus caching (e.g., Memcached, Redis).
