Key Responsibilities

  • •Root-cause recurring problems that slow the business, defining KPIs and presenting findings to Director/VP-level leadership.
  • •Build and test workflow automations across business domains, owning scoping, building, testing, and launching end to end.
  • •Run cross-functional projects from definition to delivery, managing dependencies with Underwriting, Product & Engineering, and Sales globally.
  • •Identify inefficiencies spanning multiple business units, help shape the team’s roadmap, and support teammates as they grow.
  • •Build an AI layer on top of existing workflows to triage and resolve tickets, speed up routing, and extend capabilities like ticket-scoping and fraud-detection agents.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a fast-paced start-up/scale-up, owning projects end to end independently.
