Key Responsibilities

  • •Check completeness of commercial requirements and validate/calculate pricing using system tools.
  • •Extract and update customer-specific information, order/quote records, data, and status in business systems.
  • •Verify new customer accounts and coordinate with the Customer Vendor Data Hub team for account creation.
  • •Provide product lead time based on system data and manage orders/transactions using lead time tools, contract terms, and order status reports.
  • •Resolve order administration, completion, and post-order issues using reports, tools, and subject matter experts; communicate with customers professionally via phone and email.
