Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with General Managers to translate AI Care capabilities into payor solution packages for contracting and trust fund requirements.
  • •Develop differentiation-focused messaging frameworks and tailor value propositions for payor audiences (including population health, cost-of-care, accessibility, and outcomes).
  • •Own end-to-end production of payor GTM assets, from executive pitch decks and clinical impact summaries to RFP content blocks and partnership guides.
  • •Conceptualize, launch, and manage full-funnel payor campaigns end-to-end, timing activations to payor planning and trust fund cycles.
  • •Equip the Payor Commercial team with value props, sales plays, pitch materials, and orchestrate cross-functional GTM pushes with Demand Gen, Brand, Events, and GMs.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of B2B product marketing experience launching new products, building narratives, and driving complex GTM activation.
  • •Deep experience marketing to healthcare payors, including health plans and/or public sector/government programs and/or labor/trust funds.
  • •Strong positioning skills to translate complex technology into clear, credible, clinical, and financially persuasive value propositions.
  • •Proven ability to take campaigns from early concept through market launch, measuring success through pipeline impact, deal velocity, and contract wins.
